Dunne Supports Incessant Whining, Troy Record Supports Pascarell!

Safe streets and dealing face-to-face with constituents and their problems are Pascarell's main concerns and that is why we are endorsing him this time for District 4 councilman. A man who speaks his mind based on what his constituents are telling him, Pascarell, running with GOP backing, won't be a rubber stamp on the council.Who knew that Dunne's boner for press releases would come back to get him like this. And with the Record against him, I'm starting to wonder if this guy's own girlfriend is even going to vote for him (the brunette, not the intern).
Bill Dunne, the incumbent, has been the lone Democratic voice in opposition to the administration. Having an opposing viewpoint is part of the democratic process, but Dunne at times seems to knee-jerk his protests. Both candidates are wary of the cost of relocating city hall to Proctor's. Dunne said a downtown business improvement district failed because the mayor did not get behind it. On balance, the district would be well-served with either man, but we believe Pascarell would better pick his spots to protest what he believes is wrong.

Hopefully Lil Bill worked his tail off for this campaign. The moron Dunne Nothin needs to be removed from the council. He still lies to the newspaper as to why he left his state job. Why can't we get anymore hard copy info on his work release. The voters in his district need to smarten up on Tuesday. Every time I see his smug little face I just want to pop the SOB.
"I left the Dormitory Authority for a higher paying job" or "I don't know why they wanted me to leave and sign a document swearing I would never come back or try to get a job working for the state even though I am confident Spitzer will become governor and I would get a job from him." or "Is being apponted Lieutenant Governor the same as working for the state? Will that violate my agreement?" or "My new job pays me $60,000 a year selling hi-fi systems, but I can't tell you where I work" or "I want to eliminate absentee landlords except the one I rent from at 108 Third Street. I get free cable from the guys next door and my landlord hooked up my heat so that I don't even get a bill" or "I wont vote for a tax increase" then "The tax increase isn't high enough"
Truth is I get confused sometimes. I am under a lot of pressure these days.
